Die Hauptquellen von NH3 sind nat\u00fcrliche Prozesse wie der Zerfall organischer Substanz oder durch Ausscheidungen. Vom Menschen verursachte Quellen sind die Verwendung von D\u00fcngemitteln, die Abfallentsorgung oder industrielle Prozesse. Neben dem unangenehmen Geruch schadet die hohe Konzentration von Ammoniak der Vegetation stark.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>NH<sub>3<\/sub>-Probenahme<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Der passive Probenehmer sammelt gasf\u00f6rmiges NH<sub>3<\/sub> durch Absorption an Phosphors\u00e4ure. Die NH<sub>3<\/sub>-Menge wird spektrophotometrisch mit der Indophenolmethode bestimmt.<\/p>\n<p>Der Probenehmer besteht aus einem Polypropylengeh\u00e4use mit einer \u00d6ffnung von 20 mm Durchmesser. Um St\u00f6rungen durch Wind und Wetter auszuschlie\u00dfen, wird eine Glasfasermembran, die von einem Drahtnetz gest\u00fctzt wird, befestigt und in einem Schutzraum aufgestellt.
